  • This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. iDOcam and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if iDOcam believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of iDOcam and its subsidiaries.


  • Consumer Agreement
  • IDOCAM commits to: 1. Mail the ordered iDOcam cameras 4 days before the wedding date with a 2-day delivery service. IDOCAM is not responsible for late delivery of the cameras and equipment. 2. IDOcam equipment is thoroughly checked for proper operation before being shipped to the client but due to the unpredictable nature of electronic equipment no warranty of proper operation is made or guaranteed. Should the iDOcam fail to operate as expected and video content, or the recording of it, is adversely affected or inhibited, client will receive a full refund of monies pre-paid upon return and receipt of the faulty iDOcam per the requirements of item #1 below. CLIENT agrees to the following: 1. Because of the nature of our unique service and the quick turn-around of equipment required to meet our clients' event dates it is imperative that you arrange for return of the iDOcams no later than 3 days after the event using 1 or 2 day delivery service. When returning the iDOcams you may use the Shipping option that is most convenient for you. If your iDOcams are not received within 5 days of your event your pre-paid fee will be used to purchase new cameras and the option of editing your video footage will be null and voided. Should your iDOcams arrive later than 5 days after your event, IDOCAM reserves the right to implement one of three options. Option 1. IDOCAM will return the cameras with your video footage intact and no additional charges other than shipping will be applied to your credit card. Option 2. IDOCAM will make and send you a copy of your video footage on DVD as well as Flash Media, but will not edit the footage. No additional charges will apply. Option 3. IDOCAM will complete the editing service as originally ordered, but apply a 20% late fee to your credit card. 2. The client will be charged for the repair or replacement of any iDOcam returned scratched, damaged, broken or operationally impaired. The cost for replacement or repair will be applied to the client’s credit card without additional notification or approval since clients are often not reachable on their honeymoon/vacation. A full accounting will be sent to the client via email when the transaction occurs. 3. Each iDOcam camera does have operational limitations which will result in limitations of performance when used to record video content. Those limitations include but are not limited to; battery life (approximately 2 hours), content capacity (60 to 120 minutes), video resolution (960x1270), light sensitivity (>1.4 V/lux-sec). 4. iDOCAM is not responsible for the ability, operation or success of any individual who operates the iDOcam camera and makes no warranty as to the operation of the iDOcam or the outcome or quality of the video content. 5. You may provide a CD of songs you would like incorporated in the edited video. The music must be included with your returned iDOcam cameras, no other music submissions or requests will be accepted. Understand that due to the nature of the creative editing process we cannot guarantee that we will use any, or all of, the music you provide. It may be necessary or preferred by IDOCAM to use our own music in whole, in part, instead of, or in addition to your music. Client assumes all responsibility and liability for copyrighted material they provide to be incorporated in the video. 6. iDOCAM reserves the right to determine what is necessary, appropriate and usable video footage in order to produce a video that is consistent with IDOCAM’s production process, style and techniques. iDOCAM makes no claims or warranty as to length, content, quality or style of the edited video. 7. iDOCAM liability is limited to any monies paid in advance of the event date should mechanical/electronic failure, theft, accident, weather or other mishap occur which prevents fulfillment of our agreement. 8. It is agreed that rights to exclusive use of all video tape footage and reproductions therefrom are shared by client and iDOCAM whether for production, promotional use or otherwise. 9. iDOCAM is not responsible for the client’s successful playback of any DVD or Flash Media. Not all DVD players may be compatible with the DVDs we produce and the client's DVD player may not have been programmed to play ALL DVDs.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, iDOcam ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Sales Tax
  • iDOcam charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Warranties
